here ceremonies means.... such type of cases are dismiss first.... they have 3 children means.... nearly 4 years back they married in temple.... willfully.... after that they registered marriage under the special marriage act.... now husband saying the marriage is void.... is it correct way to say like those words.... 

the marriage is legal.... the husband claims has to be dismiss.... and give the punishment to husband... why because due to his words the wife and children has suffered.... 

the marriage is legal and filing the case against the ceremonies is illegal filing the case.... so the case must be dismiss first....
