i am not able to understand issues of this problem-

robert his wife Isabella got into a quarell about how the money was being spent by the family. Robert alleged that Isabella had been extravagant beyond limits. Isabella alleged that Robert did not earn enough to sustain his family properly. at one point, Isabella accused robert that he was thoroughly dishonest as he  did not show her aa the money he earned. Robert got furious at this and took a sword which he debt over the mantle piece and begain to chase her. Isabella ran out of the front door down the steps and tripped and fell down injuring her nose. just at that moment , robert threw the sword at her who missed her because she had fallen but entered the abdomen of a person who was passing in the street just in the front of the house . the person died instantaneously  of a reputed spleen . robert was prosecuted under section 302 and 305 under IPC and was punished under both the section i.e. life imprisonment respectively.

robert has appeal to the highcourt of delhi against his conviction and sentenced .
