Problem The farmers of "X" village complained that the pollution created by the discharge of sewage by a municipal authority`s sewers into a stream affecting their farming. The water from the stream is used by the farmers to raise crops. Suggest remedy.
Problem A boiler was being run in a residential locality formanufacturing glucose saline with the permission of authorities concerned The smoke and ash emitted from the boiler caused a great deal of air pollution. Advice the residents.
Problem A State Government planned for construction a hydroelectric project in valley which contained one of the nation`s largest tropical evergreen forests. The valley had a continuous record of 50 million years of evolutionary history, with diverse and complex flora and fauna. An N.G.Q. prefers tofile a writ against the State Government action. Advice.
Problem A State Government had laid down the policy of prohibiting location of industries with in 10 kms radius of a drinking water reservoir. But later on permitted a pharma industry that makes life saving drugs in the same area. A public spirited person wants to iniate legal actionagainst Industry and the Government. Advice.
